We are currently focused on building our retail center portfolio by seeking acquisition opportunities that meet the following criteria:

Preferred Markets Throughout the United States.
Property Type – Multi-tenant retail centers
– Mixed-use commercial properties
– Grocery/drugstore-anchored neighborhood centers
Quality Class A, B, C
Size 20,000-150,000 square feet
Traffic Count 20,000-35,000 cars or more
Age 30-years-old or newer
Value-added upside We focus on the acquisition of distressed and sub-performing commercial properties and REO properties.
