We are a group of private investors with extensive investment experience, focusing in commercial real estate and stock and options trading. Our current real estate investment model centers around searching for retail and multi-family properties in the United States for cash flow or appreciation opportunities that maximize ROI potential.

Our team is composed of second-generation real estate investors and we balance our investment experience with more traditional business experience.  Members of our team have international work experience in the U.S., Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Korea, France, Hong Kong, and China.  Collectively we speak fluent English, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, and French.  Members of our team have also been involved in founding their own successful businesses, some ongoing and some of which have been recently successfully sold for profit.

Our business model is to monitor real estate opportunities in order to move profits from Vancouver real estate investments over the past ten years, as we believe the Vancouver market is in the process of peaking.  We work to identify opportunities based on a combination of factors such as the real estate cycle in specific markets, employment conditions, interest rates, current economic development projects and other considerations.  We look at a wide variety of possible deals and analyze the merits of each to determine opportunities for simultaneous appreciation and cash flow based primarily on in-place NOI.
