  • Southwestern United States with emphasis on Nevada, Arizona, Washington, California, and Texas.

Property Type

  • Multi-tenant retail centers

  • Mixed-use commercial properties

  • Grocery/drugstore-anchored neighborhood centers

Quality

  • Class A, B, C

Size

10,000-30,000 square feet

Traffic Count

  • 20,000-35,000 cars or more

Age

  • 30-years-old or newer

Value-added upside

  • We focus on the acquisition of distressed, non-performing, and sub-performing commercial properties and REO properties.
